Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return once the item has been delivered according to our Return Policy.
Refund Processing
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
