- Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services within the United States only. Orders can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, including the mainland United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not support shipping to countries or regions outside the United States. We strive to ensure reliable delivery service across the entire U.S., including residential and commercial addresses in states such as California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Washington, Arizona, Georgia, and other U.S. territories where standard courier delivery is available.
- Fee Description
The total order price includes the product price and shipping feewhere applicable. All applicable costs, including customs duties and U.S. value-added tax (approximately 10%), are already included in the product price, and customers are not required to pay any additional or hidden feesduring checkout or delivery.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:
Order total A$0.01 – A$79.99: A$9.99 shipping fee
Order total A$80.00 or above: Free shipping
The final order total displayed at checkout represents the complete amount you need to pay.
- Order Processing Time
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 18:00 (CET 8:00 – 18:00) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Handling and Preparation Time: Orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation before shipment. During this stage, our team verifies the order information, prepares the product, performs packaging inspection, and schedules the shipment with the logistics carrier.
Shipping Time: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.
- Logistics Carriers
We cooperate with reliable international logistics providers such as DHL, UPS, and FedExto ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order. The final carrier will be selected based on shipping efficiency and destination.
- Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can also visit the “Order Tracking”page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order numberto check the latest status of your shipment.
- Delivery and Acceptance Notes
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. When signing for the package, we recommend carefully checking the external packaging condition. If the package appears damaged or opened, you may note this with the courier or contact our customer service team for assistance. Keeping photos or records of the package condition can help us resolve any potential shipping issues more efficiently.
