- Return & Exchange Conditions
Within 30 days after receiving the product, you may apply for a return or exchange if any of the following situations occur (including but not limited to the following): the product is damaged, broken, or deformed during transportation; the wrong item or incorrect modelwas delivered; the product has obvious quality issues or manufacturing defects; the product is missing necessary parts or accessories; the product cannot function properly or has operational issues; the product is significantly different from the description on our website; or the packaging is severely damaged and affects the use of the product. You may also request a return or exchange without a specific reason within 30 days after receiving the product.
- Return & Exchange Process
Contact us via email or phone to request a return or exchange and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for the return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos.
Our customer service team will review your request within 1–3 business days. If the request is approved, we will notify you through your contact information and provide the return address for sending the product back.
You will need to send the product back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.
After receiving the product, we will inspect it immediately to verify the reported issue. If the inspection is approved, we will promptly arrange a refund or ship a replacement product.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be returned to the payment card used during the purchase (Visa or MasterCard). Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, the refund is expected to arrive within 3–7 business days. - Replacement Shipment
If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange shipment of the new product according to our shipping and delivery policies. Once the replacement item is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, shipping carrier, and tracking information. You can also visit the “Order Tracking” pageon our website and enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order numberto check the order status and shipping progress.
- Fee Policy
The return shipping cost for returns without a specific reasonwill be borne by the buyer. If the return is due to product quality issues, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. The shipping cost for sending replacement items will also be covered by us. Except for the return shipping cost caused by returns without a specific reason, you will not be required to pay any additional return or exchange fees or handling charges.
